You`ll need to write two separate checks for restructuring: a check for the clubhouse itself ($50) and a check for the security deposit/cleaning ($100), both of which were issued to the Valley Green Village West Recreation Association or VVG. The full deposit is expected when you receive the clubhouse keys and will be returned at the time of key exchange as the clubhouse has been cleaned and all cleaning requirements have been met, within three (3) days of use. If the clubhouse is not in good condition, some or all of their security will be retained to pay the cleaning company. If the cleaning bill exceeds the $100 deposit, you will be charged the difference by PMI. Keys MUST be returned to VVG`s representative or other board member within (3) days of the event, otherwise the $100 guarantee will NOT be returned. There is a $50 rental fee for the use of the clubhouse. (Please check the online calendar under the “News” tab to see if your date is available. For various requests submitted for consecutive data, it depends on whether the first event submitted is ready to consider the 2nd request, leaving enough time for setup and cleaning.) All owners must be up to date with their homeowners` association contributions or special examinations. If the fees are not up to date, there is no loan for the clubhouse available for this owner. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date to ensure availability. It is assumed that the resident accepts all of the above agreements and intends to make himself legally responsible for renting this clubhouse by submitting this form. Once you have submitted an application, it will be temporarily reserved as pending. The fee is expected at the time of signing the contract to ensure the reservation of the date.
You will be advised to submit your deposit immediately if someone else requests the same date. If you do not, your temporary reservation will be cancelled so that the other resident can pay a deposit. The fee is non-refundable if your event is cancelled within 30 days of your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days ago will be refunded. (Multiple use of the clubhouse may result in a discount. Please contact PMI or the Board of Directors if you are interested.) Please report any issues noticed before or during the event. .
