Withholding and payment. The customer agrees to pay the photographer an advance of 75 US dollars at the time of booking in order to guarantee the date and time of his appointment. This is a non-refundable advance fee that will be used for your session. If there is a credit, it is due at the time of the session. Cancellation. No refunds will be given, but you can transfer your session to another party or use your credit credit for a later session. In case of bad weather, the client and the photographer must agree on a reshoot date. The fee includes: a 15-minute session, 10 digital files and print sharing. Copyright and reproductions. The Photographer owns the copyright to all images created and has the exclusive right to create reproductions for, but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, product samples, editorial submissions and their use, or for display on or on the Photographer`s website and/or studio.
If the photographer wants other uses. The Client who signs this Agreement guarantees that he is effectively authorized to consent to the use of the image of all persons included in the Portrait in this way and will indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of any dispute arising from such use.
